The acquirer, TipRanks Ltd., analyzes financial data to provide market research tools for retail investors. The TipRanks Financial Accountability Engine scans and analyzes financial websites, corporate filings submitted to the SEC, and analyst research, to rank financial experts in real time.

Henry Foy is the new voice of “Europe Express,” the FT’s weekday newsletter  on European affairs.

Foy will continue to serve as the FT’s European diplomatic correspondent, based in Brussels. He reports on the EU’s foreign policy, relations between Brussels and other world powers, and the diplomatic intrigues between member states.
